Guests can explore the historic acetaia (vinegar factory) and the pressing cellar, stroll through the estate’s vineyards, and enjoy a guided itinerary dedicated to the history and culture of wine and its characteristic places. The visit includes guided tastings of Podere Francesco’s products, enjoyed directly in the places where - through passion and care - they are created.

In the vineyards visitors can observe the estate’s facilities and farming techniques; inside the cellar, visitors they learn about vinification and the aging of local grapes; in the ancient acetaia, housed in the barn of this 19th-century farmhouse, guests discover processing techniques, acetification and aging in wooden barrels, along with the differences among various types of balsamic vinegars.
