A walk in Novellara

The walk starts from the Rocca, symbol of the city and the ancient domination of the Gonzaga. Inside you can also admire the Theater. The visit then continues towards the beautiful Piazza Unità d'Italia, of Renaissance origin and overlooked by the Church of Santo Stefano built by Alfonso I Gonzaga in 1567; the facade is eighteenth-century.

A day in Novellara can not be considered complete without a visit to the Acetaia Comunale, a real highlight of the city.
